Shop & Dine Ladera Ranch Instagram Giveaways
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. SUBJECT TO FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Eligibility: Subject to the additional restrictions below, Shop & Dine Ladera Ranch Instagram Giveaways (the "Sweepstakes") is open to California residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Westar Management, ("Sponsor"), and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Promotion, as well as immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The third party trademarks used herein are trademarks of their respective owners. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to the Terms and Conditions and/or “Official Rules”.
3. Sponsor: Westar Management, 2925 Bristol St., Costa Mesa, CA 92626. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
4. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins when the Instragram post announcing the giveaway is live on the Shop Dine Ladera Ranch Instagram Page. The Instagram post will state the day the contest ends and when/ how the winner will be announced. The prize drawings will occur no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day the contest ends. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
5. How To Enter: Online Entry: During the Sweepstakes period, go to ig: @shopdineladeraranch and submit your request for entry.
The following must be completed:
Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
6. Winner Selection: 1 winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries
7. Prizes and Odds: 1 winner will receive: The prize specified on the Instagram post announcing the giveaway.
8. Winner Notification and Acceptance: Winner will be notified by through direct messaging on Instagram and announced through a comment on the Instagram post.
The winner has 14 days to respond with their mailing address via direct messaging to shop & dine ladera ranch. If winner does not respond within 14 days Sponsor may select another winner, or forfeit the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for emails going into spam or junk folder.
Prizes will not be shipped outside of the Continental United States.
Prizes are nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner's consent to the publication of his or her name, in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.
10. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, any other prize sponsor, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Promotion, from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Sweepstakes or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the sweepstakes.
12. Construction: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
13. Instagram Giveaway:
Per Instagram rules, this promotion is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram, Inc. By entering, entrants confirm that they are 13+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
