Inspired by Grandma Corky, Mike and Jennifer built the restaurant in honor of her. She made everything from scratch using only the freshest ingredients, but her main ingredient was LOVE. She not only passed down recipes that filled your stomach, she filled your heart and soul with "Grandma Wisdom" in every dish she served. Her meals were her way of showing you that you really mattered. Corky’s can only hope and strive to carry on her tradition of serving you the best dining experience they can.
